Booking and Cancellations

Sessions must be scheduled in advance through our booking platform or by contacting Quantum Sparks directly.Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 12 hours before your scheduled session.Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the session cost.

Refunds

Payments for services are non-refundable once the session has been completed.

Packages of sessions are non-transferable and expire after a 1-year validity period.
