REFUND POLICY

At Quantum Sparks, we strive to provide the highest quality services to support your wellness journey. We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and we have established the following refund and cancellation policies to ensure clarity and fairness.

1. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Clients have up to 12 hours prior to their scheduled RASHA upgrade to cancel or reschedule their session without any penalty.Cancellations made after the 12-hour window may be subject to a charge of 50% of the session fee.

2. Package Cancellation Policy

If a client cancels their entire package after the 12-hour window but before their first upgrade, a 24% charge of the total package price will apply to cover administrative and processing costs.Once any sessions within the package are completed, no refunds will be issued for the remaining sessions.

3. Completed Sessions

Refunds are not available for sessions that have already been completed or performed. All completed services are final.

4. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, clients can expect to receive the refund within

7-10 business days

. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
